Exchange Rulebook
The official parameters and rules governing listing, pricing adjustments, delisting procedures, and security protocols on FootballDAQ.
1. Trading Hours & Market Access
The FootballDAQ investment exchange operates continuously **24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year**. Unlike traditional markets, there are no closing bells. You can open and close player positions, view charts, and adjust portfolios at any time.
2. Player Listing Requirements
To maintain listing eligibility on the exchange, a footballer must be registered as an active player in one of our supported European divisions:
- English Premier League
- Spanish La Liga
- Italian Serie A
- German Bundesliga
- French Ligue 1
- Portuguese Primeira Liga
3. Corporate Actions & Delistings
When a player leaves the supported leagues (due to retirement or transferring to another country outside our six core divisions), the exchange performs a **Corporate Delisting**:
- All active open positions for the delisted player are automatically closed.
- Positions are settled at the player's last recorded price before the transfer announcement or retirement event.
- Cash settlement proceeds are immediately credited back to holder cash balances.
4. Market Suspensions & Trading Halts
FootballDAQ reserves the right to halt trading on a player under specific conditions to maintain market fairness:
- **Active Syncing**: Short-term freezes may be applied during match performance syncs to ensure dividends are calculated and credited correctly before trading resumes.
- **Speculation Anomalies**: Temporary holds if there are suspected feed issues or severe external pricing inaccuracies.
5. Security First & User Account Protection
FootballDAQ utilizes industry-standard authentication systems, password hashing, and SSL-encrypted socket connections to guarantee the privacy and safety of your user profile, trades, and portfolio statistics.
We continuously audit and improve our network security, database structure, and server endpoints to ensure a reliable and robust trading exchange environment.
6. Virtual Asset & Play-Money Covenant
All transaction values, stock positions, payouts, and net worth tallies on FootballDAQ consist entirely of virtual currency, **F-Funds (FÂŁ)**. These assets carry **zero real-world financial value**, cannot be sold for real cash, cannot be withdrawn, and exist solely for educational entertainment within the platform.
